Today, flying to Brazil is an experience that has decreased in cost over the years. Attaining a round-trip ticket to the country varies depending upon the time of year sought-out, but those seeking to visit the country and do so on a budget can certainly attain an inexpensive ticket.

For example, your author’s first ticket to the country only cost $199 round-trip! That was a flight from New York’s JFK airport, to Río de Janeiro‘s GIG international airport. Now it may be difficult to attain prices this low today, but one can attain a low-cost flight to the country.

One of the key caveats to attaining a low-cost ticket, is to visit the country during times of the year when very few intranational travelers are seeking to visit the country. For example, the first three months after after Carnival are very good times to visit the city.

Many airline carriers are not transporting as many people and are looking strike deals anyway they can. Also, many Rio Apartment Rental companies and Rio Hotels drop prices dramatically during these times in order to entice people to those locations.

The Carnival Dream that abides in many can definitely be one that can be brought to one’s reality. In this day and age, one should not have to dream too much about visiting the “Marvelous City”.  Also, get ready for Rio’s FashoinTV!!
